Retirement System Manager
The City of Roanoke is seeking a Retirement System Manager to provide oversight of retirement programs and system. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting and oversight of the external audit and selection and installation of systems for retirement and serve in an advisory capacity regarding investment of city funds. Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with a major in accounting;
Master's degree preferred;
Ten years progressively responsible professional experience in governmental accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified Public Accountant preferred.
