City of Roanoke seeks a Communications Supervisor to oversee E-911 dispatch for Police, Fire, EMS, and Public Works. The role includes disseminating information to the public and emergency services, and supervising 12-hour and 8-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required:
high school diploma or GED with computer software training, four years of Public Safety Communications experience, and Virginia DCJS Police dispatcher certification. CPR/EMD/VCIN/CTO certifications preferred.
