This role requires exceptional skill in applying various styles of eyelash extensions, a strong understanding of eye anatomy and lash health, and a commitment to providing clients with beautiful, long-lasting results. You will be responsible for consultations, customizing lash designs, and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
The ideal candidate is passionate about enhancing natural beauty, stays current with lash artistry trends, and offers a superior client experience, contributing to the salon's reputation for excellence in East London .
- Perform professional eyelash extension application services, including classic, hybrid, and volume sets.
- Conduct detailed client consultations to determine desired lash styles, lengths, and fullness based on client's eye shape and natural lashes.
- Ensure strict adherence to sanitation and sterilization protocols for all tools and workspace.
- Provide clients with aftercare instructions to maintain lash health and longevity.
- Offer lash removal and fills services efficiently and safely.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the eyelash extension industry.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a certified Eyelash Extension Specialist.
- Proficiency in multiple eyelash extension techniques (classic, volume, mega volume).
- Valid certification from a recognized eyelash extension training program.
- In-depth knowledge of lash products, adhesives, and safety standards.
- Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and artistic ability.
- Strong client communication skills and ability to build rapport.
