Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist; SLP

At Great Strides Rehab, the pediatric division of H2 Health, we’re passionate about helping children find their voice and reach their full potential. Our outpatient clinics offer a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment where Speech-Language Pathologists work alongside OT and PT to deliver high-quality, family-centered pediatric care.

This role is ideal for an SLP who loves working with kids and wants the support, flexibility, and resources of a growing organization that truly values its clinicians.

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with speech, language, voice, feeding, and cognitive-communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Treat diagnoses including developmental delays, articulation and language disorders, autism spectrum disorders, feeding and swallowing disorders, and cognitive-communication deficits
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and referring providers
• Document care using Raintree EMR
• Participate in team-based care planning within a supportive, multidisciplinary clinic

Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Active or eligible SLP license in the state of practice

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status

• Passion for patient-centered, evidence-based care
