Your Role:- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-18.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality treatment delivery.
- Develop and oversee evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient outcomes.
- Deliver services in both clinical and community settings, including schools and other natural environments.
- Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
- Certification: Active BCBA certification or eligible for state licensure.
- Experience: Prior BCBA experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
