Great Strides Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time Patient Coordinator to join our pediatric outpatient clinic in Roanoke, VA. As the first point of contact for our families, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm, professional, and supportive experience for children receiving therapy services. You’ll manage front office operations, including patient check-in, scheduling, phone support, and coordination with our clinical and administrative teams.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a medical front office or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, child-centered environment
