Registered Nurse Inpatient Ortho | Full-Time | Roanoke, VA

Shift: 12-Hour Shifts | Day/Evening | Every Other Weekend

Responsibilities:

• Perform age-specific assessments to build individualized plans of care
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Administer treatments and medications with accuracy using EMR (EPIC)
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adapt plans accordingly
• Promote a culture of respect, empathy, and clinical excellence

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Eligible or currently licensed as an RN in Virginia
• CPR required; ACLS, PALS, NRP as applicable
• EMR proficiency required (EPIC preferred)
• Must meet essential job functions and orientation standards

Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly Pay: $ based on experience
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000 (based on experience)
