We are looking for a Patient Access Specialist to support front-end patient services in Virginia. Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors professionally and help create a positive first impression at the point of arrival.
• Complete patient intake activities by entering and updating demographic, insurance, and account information with a high level of accuracy.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling, confirmations, and related follow-up communication to support timely patient access.
• Collect co-pays and other patient payments while maintaining accurate daily balancing and transaction records.
• Partner with clinical and administrative staff to keep patient movement organized and reduce delays in service.
• Respond to patient questions and concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating more complex issues when appropriate.
• Safeguard sensitive health information by following established privacy standards and confidentiality requirements.
