How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:

The Provider Enrollment Specialist is responsible for coordinating, monitoring and maintaining the provider enrollment and re-enrollment process in a timely and compliant manner with all government and commercial payors. Facilitates all aspects of provider enrollment, including initial enrollment, re-enrollment, monitoring, and appointment for the medical staff and allied health practitioners. Knowledge of insurance claim processing and third party reimbursement highly desired.

Duties

and responsibilities may include but not limited:

Ensures policies and procedures are up to date and followed.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Follow up with necessary contacts, including providers and managed care organizations, to resolve enrollment application issues and deficiencies.
Provides guidance to revenue cycle and payor community.
Subject matter expert of assigned payors.
Works in Symplr Provider
Stays current on regulatory requirements for payors, application, and audit needs.
Ability to understand and interpret statistical reports and perform quantitative analysis.

What We Require:

Education:

High School graduate required; some college course work preferred
Experience:

Billing or healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred.
Other

Minimum Qualifications:

Communication, analytical and problem-solving skills required. Must be able to meet high productivity and accuracy standards.

Compensation Range:

$18.70 - $26.18 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
