Board Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA)

Blossom ABA Therapy is looking for a part-time BCBA to join our growing team in the Roanoke, VA area! This is a flexible hybrid role.

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, complete reassessments, and update programs as needed.
• Provide a combination of telehealth and in-person clinical services based on client and program needs.
• Analyze clinical data and make timely, evidence-based treatment decisions.
• Supervise RBTs and BTs through observation, coaching, training, and meaningful performance feedback.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other professionals to promote consistency and progress across settings.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements.
• Communicate scheduling, technology, travel, and other service-related barriers proactively.

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active VA LBA.
• Experience with clinical supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.
• Reliable internet and a private, professional environment suitable for telehealth.
• Ability to travel for in-person services when required.
• Strong organizational skills, independence, and responsive communication.
