Pyramid Global Hospitality - Up to $6.50/hour - - Responsibilities:
Direct the setup and preparation of banquet rooms for functions;
Lead the performance of hourly banquet servers and housemen and coordinate room setup and beverage service;
Set up for functions including draping tables, silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, and centerpieces;
Serve and bus tables, carry trays to function location, and clear and tear down banquet rooms;
Monitor guest satisfaction, address guest issues promptly, and ensure safety and quality checks
