RESPONSIBLE FOR TOURIST ACCOMMODATION IN LEÓN

For a tourist accommodation in León, we are looking for a Responsible for Accommodation for immediate incorporation. We are looking for a person with experience in operational management of tourist accommodations or hospitality, with the ability to coordinate teams, ensure the correct daily operation of the establishment and ensure an excellent guest experience. Main functions:
Coordination and supervision of the operational team (floors, reception and maintenance) Quality control of service and cleaning standards Management of incidents and customer service Supervision of occupancy, reservations and check-in/check-out (according to operational) Control of stock, orders and coordination with suppliers Optimization of operational processes and support in the profitability of the business. Requirements:
Previous experience in responsible positions in hospitality or tourist accommodations Leadership and team management skills Organized, decisive and customer-oriented profile Operational knowledge of the hotel/tourism sector Valuable management of management tools We offer:
