Catering Attendant Positions
We are seeking motivated, friendly and energetic individuals to work on a part-time basis in the following positions:
Catering Attendants
- Under the supervision of the Food & Beverage Manager will assist in the set-up, breakdown and coordination of catering functions. Help maintain all equipment and supplies. Provide service and handle customer concerns. Catering and bartending experience preferred. Must be 18 years of age. Flexibility is a must; hours include nights, weekends and holidays. $15.00/hour.
Concessions
- Sell food products to the public in a fast paced environment. Set up and break down of Concession areas. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays. $15.00/hour.
Inventory Worker – Receiving and distribution of concession stock. Includes transporting needed concession items throughout the facility prior to, during, and at the end of events. Heavy lifting, fast paced work. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays. $15.00/hour.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Depending on position, may include the following:

One year of experience in the area of Coliseum, Exhibit Hall, Auditorium, Stadium or similar public assembly facility preferred for Event Supervisor Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays. Individuals should possess strong customer skills and enthusiasm Heavy lifting, accuracy and speed are critical Ability to be thorough in a limited time frame Catering and bartending experience preferred.
