LG Electronics is launching a new manufacturing facility in Norfolk, VA and seeks an HR Leader to build the HR function from the ground up. You will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, training, communications, workforce planning and engagement, guiding the organization through a large-scale hiring effort.
As the strategic partner, you will design HR policies and systems, implement an ATS, and drive compliance with OFCCP/EEO requirements while building local university partnerships
