Junior HR Generalist

• Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees, ensuring smooth transitions.
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
• Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, such as training and performance reviews.
• Respond to employee queries and assist with general HR inquiries.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements under supervision.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and South African labor law.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
