Systems Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities
** Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and specifications. Validate that proposed or developed technical solutions fully meet functional requirements.

- Mentor and develop junior Systems Analysts, contributing to team growth and capability building.
** Education & Experience
** Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, MIS, Computer Science, Business, or related field — or equivalent experience.
** 3+ years of technical experience supporting enterprise-class applications.*
* ** Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or another enterprise ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, etc.) strongly preferred.
** Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
** Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
** Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to nontechnical business users.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business productivity tools.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Strong organization, followthrough, and documentation skills.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders and handle complex situations with confidence, tact, and professionalism. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
** Ability to understand, troubleshoot, and enhance ERP business processes, integrations, workflows, and security models.*
* ** Preferred ERP-Related Qualifications (Highly Valuable)
** Handson experience configuring or supporting D365 F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related areas).Familiarity with ERP integrations, batch jobs, data entities, and workflow configuration.
