HANA QM Consultant with A&D exp.

Description:

The SAP Solution Expert, QM, will drive implementation of quality management processes to engender compliance with aerospace industry standards.

• A&D / discrete manufacturing experience.
  
  Note:
  
  A&D does not equal Public Sector - so we do not care about candidates that have only PS experience.
• Experience as a Value Stream Lead involving a US deployment of an SAP S/4
  
  HANA global design with localization in US geography.
• Specific SAP component configuration and deployment experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure & Implement SAP S/4
  
  HANA QM processes tailored to the aerospace sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QM protocols with other SAP components such as Materials Management, Sales, Procurement and Production Planning.
• Design and execute inspection plans that align with the industry's segmentation and regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in Quality processes within Sales, procurement, Manufacturing, MRO and service processing.
• Expert in Batch and serial Number management.

Specific Skills Required:

• Expertise in SAP QM:
  Extensive knowledge of SAP Quality Management and it’s interaction with other SAP modules. Deep knowledge of Quality Inspections and Notifications.
• Aerospace Industry
  
  Experience:
  
  Experience in quality management requirements specific to aerospace manufacturing, including compliance toFAA and defense standards.
• Technical Proficiency:
  Skilled in SAP QM customization, managing inspection types, batch management, and segmentation processes. Experience with Fiori apps for Quality management.
• Integration
  
  Skills:
  
  Experience with integrating SAP QM with multiple legacy QM applications.
• Analytical
  
  Skills:
  
  Ability to evaluate quality data and develop solutions to improve product standards.
• Communication and
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Excellent skills to engage with stakeholders and facilitate cross-departmental coordination.

Other Qualification:

• A minimum of five (5) years prior professional consulting or equivalent business process industry experience
• At least five (5) years of hands-on systems configuration experience within your given SAP component
• Successful completion of at least three full life cycle implementations of S/4
  
  HANA v2019 or later
• Successful completion of the rollout and localization of a global template
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary
• Willingness to travel as needed to client locations
