Repair & Return Clerk
- Electronically log warranty and non-warranty products received for repair or credit in Salesforce and the repair and return database
- Accurately evaluate incoming items and properly process repairs and credits
- Maintain visual management and tracking of repair and return item status
- Input technician repair notes into electronic databases with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate closely with technical support, customer service, and repair technicians to ensure timely product disposition
- Provide proactive status updates to internal stakeholders to support customer communication
- Prepare repaired products for return shipment, including packing, generating invoices, emailing customers, and preparing packing slips
- Transfer completed repairs to shipping
- Perform other departmental duties as assigned
- At least one year of experience in a comparable position
- Experience with Excel preferred
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Ability to learn department-specific software and systems
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities
- Reliability, adaptability, and follow-through
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments

This is a full-time position, on-site at our Roanoke, Virginia location. The expected schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, but an occasional shift in hours may be necessary to accommodate project schedules.
