Freedomfirst in Roanoke, VA is looking for an IT Support I to provide IT Help Desk support services. You will set up and maintain PCs, resolve Help Desk requests, and provide telephone support.
The ideal candidate should have experience in PC usage and hardware/software support, and must be able to install and troubleshoot equipment. A two-year college degree or equivalent certification is required. This position may require working after regular hours and being on-call.
