Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you will be an essential part of the service support team, delivering exceptional technical assistance and customer service. What's the Job?
  • Provide hardware support and repair services for HP PC and Printer products at customer sites.
  • Configure hardware, software, and network components to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Manage and resolve technical issues related to laptops, desktops, RPOS, workstations, and printers.
  • Educate customers about technology solutions and troubleshoot hardware problems efficiently.
  • Collaborate with escalation teams and document service activities accurately.
What's Needed?
  • Technical or mechanical hardware repair experience with a demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, crawling, and sitting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hardware technology training or college education preferred.
  • Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, including non-traditional workdays and holidays.
  • Onsite customer-facing experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
