Base Pay Range

$60.00/hr - $80.00/hr

• Summary: The B/S/A plays a critical role in bridging functional and technical teams, ensuring that turnover criteria are clearly defined and met. This role supports external coordination and detailed planning beyond the core work streams.

• Align functional efforts with technical efforts to meet turnover criteria.
• Act as a RAID barrier buster.
• Serve as the point of contact for external work (e.g., SOWs, testing).
• Track dependencies across work streams and projects.
• Collaborate closely with the QA Lead to ensure requirements traceability (RTM).
• Support detailed customer planning outside core work streams (e.g., Workday).
