This job is primarily responsible for supporting the visual evaluation processes in the Backshop (Pre Test, AVI, Defect Eval) and focusing on improving training, skill retention, and consistent product disposition across the 30+ operators performing these functions. The individual can expect to spend >75% of their time interacting with operators and dispositioning non-conforming product.
