Oversee daily office operations to ensure clients receive attentive and proactive service.

Develop and execute long-term strategies to expand our presence across the Roanoke valley.

Mentor and support our sales staff, helping them refine their techniques and reach their professional potential.

Manage and nurture relationships with our carrier partners to secure the best coverage options for our clients.

Analyze agency performance data to identify growth opportunities and process improvements.

Represent The Atlantic District at local business and community events to build awareness and trust.

Current Virginia Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

Documented track record of success in insurance sales or agency management.

In-depth understanding of risk management and policy structures.

Strong local network within the Roanoke community.

Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide a team toward collective goals.

Experience with modern agency management software and digital underwriting platforms.
