The Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer Intern interested in developing their skills in the logistics and warehouse operations sector for our Pognano (BG) site. The resource will be inserted into a dynamic and structured context, where they will have the opportunity to learn about the main operational flows, support the daily management of activities, and contribute concretely to continuous improvement projects.

Main Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operational activities, gaining in-depth knowledge of the main logistics processes and flows.
• Collaborate in workforce planning and coordination, contributing to the timely execution of operational activities.
• Support the Site Contract Manager in maintaining high standards of service, efficiency, and profitability.
• Analyze processes and workflows, identifying possible areas of improvement.
• Propose and support initiatives aimed at optimizing operational activities.
• Participate in the monitoring and analysis of main warehouse KPIs.
• Support the preparation of performance reports for management.
• Contribute to the development of continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing the efficiency, quality, and reliability of processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Proactive approach, curiosity, and strong motivation to learn.
• Good communication, relational, and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
