We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer Intern to support warehouse operations in a dynamic and structured logistics environment. The role offers a concrete opportunity to understand the main operational flows and actively contribute to daily performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
- Support warehouse operational activities acquiring in-depth knowledge of the main operational flows
- Collaborate in the planning and coordination of the workforce to ensure the timely execution of processes
- Assist the Site Contract Manager in maintaining high levels of service, efficiency, and profitability
- Identify areas of improvement and propose initiatives to optimize processes and workflows
- Participate in the analysis and monitoring of warehouse KPIs
- Support the preparation of performance reports for management
- Promote continuous improvement projects, identifying opportunities to increase operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Degree (or in progress) in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of English (other languages are a plus)
