We're looking for a Delivery Specialist who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences while helping keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll do more than deliver merchandise — you'll build customer relationships, install products safely, solve problems on the spot, and represent our company with professionalism and care.

What You'll Do

• Deliver & Install Merchandise
• Provide Excellent Customer Service
• Support Store Operations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• DOT certification (if required by state law)
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Work Environment This is an active, hands-on position that takes place in the store, on the road, and inside customer homes. Team members should be comfortable with:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying
• Using hand trucks and moving heavy merchandise safely
• Working in changing indoor and outdoor environments
• Driving in all weather conditions
• Navigating stairs, tight spaces, uneven surfaces, and varying home environments
• Managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
• Occasional overtime or travel between store locations as needed
