• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose causes of any malfunction and perform repairs
• Coordinate with the Parts department to obtain necessary parts
• Communicate updates on timelines and completion dates to Service Manager and Advisor
• Communicate upsell opportunities to Service Advisor

• MMI Graduate or 3+ years of dealership experience preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of motorcycle repair
• Own tools for service, repair and customization work in accordance with factory specifications
• Maintain technical qualifications through web‑based, in‑dealership and instructor‑led training
• Team player
• Self‑motivated
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR
• Drug‑free status
• Acceptable background check
• Motorcycle endorsement – FREE Riding Academy available
