Join Our Team as a Facilities Custodian!

Are you someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment? We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Custodian to join our team and ensure our facilities are kept in top condition. This role is crucial in maintaining a welcoming and efficient workspace for our staff and visitors, while also providing support to the lodging department by assisting in all aspects of facility custodian duties.

You will be responsible for maintaining common area restrooms through prompt and scheduled cleanings, stocking supplies, and conducting regular inspections of our properties.

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Trash Removal: Responsible for collecting and disposing of trash and recycling materials.
• Maintenance Support: Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and reporting larger maintenance issues.
• Inventory Management: Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning products and toiletries.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

• Proven experience in custodial or janitorial services preferred.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
