Southern Team Auto Mall is in need of a new Service Department Doorkeeper (or Janitorial Position for short). With this position, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day upkeep of the shop and its surroundings, ensuring the safety of yourself and the staff.

• Cleaning floors, technician stalls, waiting areas, and offices (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming).
• Disposing of trash and recyclable materials.
• Cleaning windows, glass doors, and other surfaces.
• Sanitizing and restocking restrooms.
• Cleaning up spills (oil, water, etc.).
• Performing minor repairs (replacing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues).
• Maintaining outdoor areas including driveways, sidewalks, parking areas, and snow removal when necessary.
• Assisting with moving vehicles in and out of the service area.
• Ensuring cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained.
• Adhering to safety regulations and guidelines, including proper use of protective equipment.
• Reporting major maintenance needs to supervisors.

• Physical stamina – ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods.
• Attention to detail – ensuring thorough cleaning and maintenance.
• Time management – prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
• Compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Customer service skills (optional). Strong customer interaction may be required in the service area.
• On‑site attendance required; remote work not available. Position requires standing, sitting, reaching, bending, talking, and hearing.
