Financial Manager, Risk Manager/Analyst
To direct all financial related affairs of the Credit Union, including establishing major economic and financial objectives, identifying and mitigating risk, and creating and maintaining relevant policies. Provides strategic leadership in asset-liability management (ALM), profitability programs, and financial analysis to ensure sustainable growth. Partner with Executive Team to develop short- and long-range goals, strategies, and plans to align with organizational objectives.
EssentialFunctions & Responsibilities
- (40%) Oversee construction, evaluation and reporting of financial and operating data to support corporate and community development functions and strategic objectives. Direct asset-liability management (ALM) processes and net income simulations to ensure sound balance sheet management.
- (30%) Lead relationship management
and oversee product and organizational profitability programs
, ensuring profitability metrics are continually updated and aligned with strategic goals across all product lines. - (20%) Prepare and review financial analyses as needed to support decision-making and performance monitoring.
- (5%) Oversee and review administrative functions within the Finance department to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- (5%) Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational objectives.
- Must comply with government and other regulations affecting the credit union industry including, but not limited to, OFAC and the Bank Secrecy Act.

Experience:
Minimum 3 years in analytical role

Education:
BA or BS in a business or economic discipline required.

Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
