• Elevate the guest experience (Front Counter, McCafé, Drive-Thru)
• Execute sales promotions and service procedures
• Train, position, and coach service staff for speed and accuracy

• Deliver hot, fresh, safe food—fast
• Control food cost and verify production routines
• Train kitchen team on procedures and new menu items

• Recruit, hire, and onboard qualified crew
• Schedule to meet sales and profit goals
• Drive training, recognition, and retention

• Plan and deploy the shift; hit targets for speed, accuracy, and QSC
• Model hospitality and enforce food safety and cleanliness standards
• Manage inventory/cash procedures and complete shift documentation
• Communicate handoffs and results to the leadership team

• Minimum 2 years of QSR shift management experience, McDonald's preferred
• Positive, hands‑on leader who coaches in the moment
• Strong communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
• Commitment to safety, food quality, and team development
• 18+ to manage in our restaurants
