Job Description

As a Store or Assistant Manager at Domino's, you will lead daily operations, manage staff, maintain safety and training standards, and oversee sales and profits during your shift.

• Part‑time, hourly position.
• 4 nights per week and some weekends; schedule can be chosen.
• Night shift runs from 3‑5 pm to about 1 am.
• Day shift runs from 9 am to 3‑7 pm.

• Lead the team by example and ensure full compliance with all policies.
• Manage all aspects of the shift: people, operations, sales, and profits.
• Provide training, safety oversight, and foster a positive team culture.
• Assist at other nearby locations as needed.

• Great positive attitude.
• High energy.
• Prior experience in Domino's or managing people.
• 18+ years of age.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to use Outlook / Email services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good background check.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Residing near the store location.
