Excel Equipment, Virginia’s premier CASE construction equipment dealer, is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Branch Manager to join their team in Roanoke, VA.

- Manages branch operations, maximizing the repair process for customers. Develops a business plan and strategy for the market leveraging Parts and Service Departments strengths to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
- Acts as a liaison with manufacturers regarding service support bulletins, notices and programs.
- Develops new and strengthens existing customer relationships. Acts as primary point of contact for key heavy equipment customers.
- Maximizes the flow of repair orders within the branch and works closely with the Parts department to ensure timely and efficient results, improving throughput and customer experience.
- Communicates across Parts, Service, Sales and Rental departments to target customer opportunities and provide solutions; includes monthly management and department meetings.
- Coordinates communications with the management team as customer needs evolve and opportunities develop.
- Leads by example and embraces Excel Support principles and company’s commitment to safety.
- Reports to leadership regarding progress on identified, pending or resolved issues.
- Ensures branch technicians are properly trained and maintain necessary certifications.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
