Position: 5213 - Assistant Store Manager PT
Lids - 4802 Valley View Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints in the absence of Store Manager.;
Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs, goal setting, and regular follow up when Store Manager is not present.;
Administer the progressive steps of discipline to include verbal and written warning in the absence of the Store Manager.;
Schedule and staff the store including calling in associates to work in unexpected peaks when the Store Manager is not present.;
Customer Experience Lead, execute and assist Lids selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
