Automotive General Manager

Job Summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is looking for a General Manager to lead all operational aspects of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The role involves rewarding, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring vehicles are repaired thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with the company’s SOP, insurance partners, and industry guidelines.

• Oversee overall center operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
• Reward, recognize, and retain teammates.
• Monitor and review financial performance metrics, identifying opportunities and trends.
• Ensure vehicles are repaired thoroughly, safely, and profitably per SOP and industry standards.

• Base salary: up to $85,000 per year.

• 3+ years of management experience in the automotive industry or a mobile business.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass all pre‑employment screenings, including background and MVR checks.
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of prioritizing competing tasks and adapting to a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs.
• Advanced understanding of estimates, prior OEM experience, and knowledge of repair processes, procedures, and scanning.
