Position Summary:

The Equipment Maintenance Manager is responsible for the leadership, financial performance, and operational effectiveness of Branch Civil's equipment maintenance organization. This role provides leadership and oversight of shop operations, preventive maintenance programs, work order management processes, maintenance budgeting, outside repair activities, vendor performance, and shop personnel development. The Equipment Maintenance Manager works closely with Equipment Operations leadership to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, control maintenance costs, enhance workflow efficiency, and establish consistent operational standards across all maintenance functions.

This position reports to the Vice President of Equipment Operations.

Requirements:
Bachelors' degree or 6-8 years of related experience in the equipment environment Knowledge of standard business practices and procedures 3-5 years in a supervisory position Strong communication skills; both oral and written Working knowledge of OSHA regulations as they pertain to equipment operations Encouraging of ideas and innovation Takes pride in accomplishments Accepts responsibility and acts respectfully in actions Clearly and decisively makes decisions Acts with an ethical mannerism Demonstrates dedication to quality and customer service

Compensation Data:
Salary Min: $91,990.50 Salary Max: $157,700 Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.

Travel:
The employee will need to be able to travel to and from the shop office. They also frequent job site locations.

Work Environment:
While performing duties on this job, the employee is frequently exposed to various indoor/outdoor climate conditions and temperatures. They will also be exposed to frequent fumes, odors, dust, gases, poor ventilation, etc. Noise level exceeding 85 decibels will require hearing protection. Other hazards might include electrical shock, burns, explosives, radiant energy, mechanical hazards, etc. The employee will also be exposed to general shop office environments.

The employee is frequently required to stand, talk, and hear.

The employee will sometimes need to walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, taste, and smell. The employee must be able to lift or move up to 50lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, midrange vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position which typically requires 40 hours per week.
