Lids - 4802 Valley View Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent;
Lead and train store associates using LIDS Training Programs and regular follow-up;
Manage store scheduling and staffing, including calling in associates during peaks;
Recruit and train store personnel on store operations and procedures;
Lead customer experience to achieve KPIs and sales targets while providing exceptional service
