Responsibilities:
- Ensures 100% donor and customer delight and provides world class customer service.
- Tag and size apparel and/or hang apparel onto racks by category.
- Assist with quality control assurance (tears, stains, broken zippers, and buttons).
- Maintains accurate count with the goal of 60+ pieces per hour.
- Maintains processing area in a neat and clean condition at all times.
- Adheres to all Goodwill personnel policies and procedures; follow good safety and security practices including reporting safety hazards and injuries to the Manager on Duty.
- May be asked to participate in activities outside of Goodwill.
- Attends in-service related training as assigned by Store Manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Sales Supervisors.
