Rockydale Quarries Corporation, an established aggregate producer, is looking for a Utility worker for its Roanoke, Virginia location.

• Operate skid loaders, heavy duty off-road earth or rock moving equipment (such as rigid frame/articulated haul units, off-road haul trucks, and/or wheel loaders), and other pieces of heavy equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as greasing and clean-up.
• Know basic functions of various types of heavy equipment.
• Be able to multi-task and be mechanically inclined.
• Work in all types of weather conditions and in a mining environment.
• Overtime may be required based on production needs.
• Must have at least one year or more of training or proven experience with similar equipment machinery, and have basic knowledge of equipment mechanics.
• High school diploma or GED required.
