Excel is seeking a Parts Inventory Coordinator to join our team at our Roanoke, VA dealership.

Essential duties/responsibilities
  • Ensure that our inventory is accurate, replenished to proper levels defined by our company and stored in a defined area. Knowledgeable on all makes of Truck parts and able to resource and inventory as needed.
  • Able to lead the receiving and inventory process. From inventory to delivery.
  • Ensuring that our Inventory is accurate and maintained a proper level as defined by our company.
  • Perform and support our cycle counts to maintain the integrity of our inventory.
  • Supports the regular updating our inventory records.
  • Working with the Parts Inventory Manager to ensure all policies and guidelines arebeing followed.
  • Able to embrace our Safety Culture and Policies. Leads by example by supporting our Elite Support principles.
  • Must have experience and skills working with Excel worksheets.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
