• Audit windows and doors across multiple production lines to ensure toptier product quality
• Train and support line associates in understanding and applying Quality Standards
• Drive continuous improvement by helping develop, implement, and validate new process enhancements
• Provide supervisors with fast, actionable feedback on any quality issues identified on the production floor

• High School Diploma/GED required - Six months to one year of related experience. Prior quality experience, certifications and training preferred but not required.
• Participate and chip in a team environment, possess self‑motivating skills, and be diligent and honest.
• Ability to problem‑solve, train, direct, and communicate effectively. Have proficient organizational, interpersonal, and multi‑tasking abilities.
