** The Job You Will Perform:** + Check Quality + Operator backup + Feed board into machines + Inspection, counting and bundling of items + Reporting all deficiencies to the operator immediately + Stacking of neat bales per work order specification + Properly filling out top sheets per work order specification + Obtaining and proper use of top and bottom sheets + Mounting die boards + Mounting lead edge stripping die + Housekeeping (organizing and keeping area neat and clean) + Preventive maintenance
** Skills & Physical Demand
** Counting and stacking finished product, reading factory order, occasional lifting / carrying up to 25 pounds required with more frequent lifting/carrying of 1-20 pounds. The job requires reaching below waist and knee, and at waist level, kneeling, squatting, and climbing stairs on rare occasions. More frequent hand/wrist work, keyboarding and mousing, power grasping, and pushing/pulling materials. More frequent walking left and right-hand work and simple grasping and constantly standing on feet for extended periods of time.

** Work Environment
