Are you a hands‑on operations leader who thrives in fast‑paced manufacturing environments? Fidelis Logistics is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead production, safety, quality, and operational performance at our pallet recycling and logistics facility.

- 7–10 years of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or plant operations experience
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors and production teams
- Strong experience managing plant KPIs, labor, productivity, safety, and operational performance
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and P&L management
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced industrial or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of OSHA, safety compliance, and continuous improvement practices
- Experience with ERP systems, production reporting, and operational software
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Flexibility to support operational needs and production schedules as needed
- Lead daily plant operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and financial goals
- Drive accountability, performance, and employee engagement across all departments
- Manage labor planning, staffing, production flow, and operational efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and increase productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and operational procedures
- Partner with maintenance, logistics, quality, and leadership teams to optimize plant performance
- Develop supervisors and production leaders through coaching and accountability
- Drive cost control initiatives and overall plant profitability
