We are looking for Orthotic Line Tech to join our exceptional lab production team. This is a mission-critical role – our customer's orthotics are custom made, prescription grade, & specifically tailored to the patient needs. If you enjoy working with your hands and producing quality products, this is a fantastic opportunity! We take pride in our people and in our products!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Read Prescription labels to identify proper components.
- Pull corrections and place them on the orthotic line.
- Position corrections, stance guard, and Velcro dots as appropriate based on information provided on the Rx label.
- Assemble orthotic top and orthotic bottom and seal manually.
- Glue permanent heel lifts.
- Run orthotics through finish press machine to seal.
- Restock supply bins.
- Sweep and clean work area daily.
- Ensure all work performed meets company standards for quality.
- Perform other job tasks within the lab at a proficient level as directed by the Lab Supervisor.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours per day.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications on Rx labels.
- Visual accuracy

- Ability to learn and retain new information.
- Hand-eye coordination.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of all orthotic line and lab department Standard Operating Procedures.
Education:
High school diploma or GED, required.
