Production Operations:
Efficiently load and unload raw materials and components from Swiss-style CNC lathes;
Quality Assurance:
Perform precise in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, and indicators;
Process Monitoring:
Monitor active machine operations, track tool wear, adjust offsets, and report abnormal machining conditions;
Documentation:
Follow job travelers, work instructions, and safety protocols while recording part counts and quality data;
Technical Setup & Programming (For Advanced Tiers):
Set up tooling, guide bushings, collets, and bar feeders; write/edit/optimize programs using G-code or CAM software
