Who are we looking for?As a quality control technician, you will ensure that each Foot‑Levelers and Foot‑Maxx custom orthotic prescription is correct based on the Orthotic Layout Tech (Foot‑Levelers) or the Clinical Service Group (Foot‑Maxx) prescription. You will pay high attention to detail to ensure our customers receive the highest quality custom orthotics.
Duties And Responsibilities- Ensure that all orders meet or exceed the quality standards of Foot‑Levelers and Foot‑Maxx respectively.
- Read and understand prescriptions, including medical terminology such as corrections, placement of corrections, custom orthotic type selected, aesthetic quality, and correct quantity of items purchased.
- Maintain open communication with your lead/supervisor on trending or operational issues such as equipment functionality.
- Collaborate with your lead and other quality control technicians to ensure proper workflow.
- Assist in other production areas if workload allows.
- Use QC software and Lucious Order View (internal).
- Meet a daily quota of approximately 350+ (Foot‑Levelers) and 200+ (Foot‑Maxx) orders QC’ed.
- High school diploma or GED.
- High attention to detail and cognitive skills.
- Ability to stand for 7–9 hours per shift.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
