Join our production team Operate, maintain, and improve a fleet of automated and robotic equipment while ensuring every unit produced meets rigorous standards for safety, quality, and timing.

Core responsibilities

Safety leadership: follow plant safety policies, participate in the Safety Program, and report all incidents and near‑misses.

Housekeeping excellence: uphold a clean, orderly work area through daily 5S practices and vehicle safety checks.

Production operations: run multiple machines concurrently; adjust parameters to avoid downtime and minimize scrap while sustaining OEE targets.

Quality ownership: apply the positive release program; inspect output; respond to defects; document findings; summarize rework and waste; and enter results in the quality database.

Measurement expertise: use gauges and inspection tools; complete all required charting and production records to meet/exceed standards.

Continuous improvement: collaborate with teammates to recommend process changes and serve on CI teams to drive out waste and reduce operating costs.

Compliance-driven mindset: follow BRC Food Safety Policy, GMPs, HACCP principles, ISO 14001, and OSHA requirements at all times.

Documentation and training: help draft SOPs and work instructions that elevate best practices.

Technical support: execute and record daily/weekly/monthly maintenance; assist with trial runs (SMA’s), installations, overhauls, and upgrades.

Flex support: operate a forklift when required; provide break relief; perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; strong mechanical aptitude.

Preferred: 2+ years in high‑volume manufacturing.

Effective written and verbal communication; collaborative, organized, and skilled puter and basic math proficiency to read drawings, review specifications and work instructions, and report line performance.

Detail‑oriented; adaptable to shifting priorities; experienced with measuring devices.

Schedule flexibility for 8‑ or 12‑hour shifts, day or off‑shifts, plus weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Working conditions

High‑energy, loud manufacturing floor with temperature swings from 95°F.Potential exposure to energized equipment, pinch points, sharp/hot surfaces, metal dust/slivers, and hazardous/explosive chemicals; PPE provided and required.

Tasks may include climbing, occasional work at heights, and entry into non‑permit confined spaces with appropriate training.

Operations typically run in 12‑hour blocks with an alternating 36/48‑hour weekly pattern.

There is no continual lifting. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision as well as color recognition.

Work Environment:
