Baler​/Trash; part time

Base Pay: $15.4 / Year

We are currently seeking a dedicated Baler/Trash associate to join our team.

• Proficient in operating a baler for compacting recyclable materials and waste.
• Skilled in handling and disposing of various types of trash and recyclables.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines for equipment operation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of proper waste disposal procedures and environmental regulations.

• Operates baler and trash disposal equipment in various indoor and outdoor settings.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions and temperature extremes.
• Requires physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing and manual labor.
• Adheres to safety protocols for equipment operation and waste handling.

• Operate baler equipment to compact recyclable materials and waste for disposal.
• Monitor baler operations to ensure efficient and safe performance.
• Sort and separate recyclable materials from general waste.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area and equipment.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding equipment status and maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and environmental policies.
• Assist with other duties as needed, including facility maintenance and janitorial tasks.

• Requires physical strength and agility for operating baler equipment.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
• Works in various indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to noise and temperature extremes.
