We are looking for a person to join the Moto Systems Plant in Curno - Production System area - of the Global Central Function Industrial Operations for a period of 6 months to support the relevant manager in the following activities related to the application of the World Class Manufacturing methodology:
- Application of problem-solving tools in the face of production stoppages, accidental events, quality issues, etc.
- Participation in projects to reorganize production lines/facilities (5S)
- Analysis of non-value-added activities on production lines
- Participation in risk analysis activities in production departments
- Monitoring of WCM pillars KPIs and KPDs
- Monitoring and support of the management of the Kaizen Idea System rewarding system, aimed at fostering continuous improvement in the plant
- Support during the production budget process
Minimum requirements:
- Graduate or recent graduate in Mechanical, Management, Energy, Computer, or Automation Engineering
- Good knowledge of the Office suite (especially Excel)
- Good knowledge of the English language
