Ready to Build Boards That Speak Up in Emergencies?
When critical messages need to reach people fast—during lockdowns, hospital codes, or natural disasters—Valcom systems help make that happen. Those systems begin as meticulously assembled printed circuit boards. If you like solving problems with your hands and your head, we’ll teach you how to bring those boards to life.
Why This Role Might Fit You Prefer late starts? The core schedule is Monday–Thursday, 4:00 pm–2:30 am, with mornings wide open
Earn an extra $1.00/hour for second shift
Plenty of overtime available on Fridays (and occasional Saturdays)
No prior electronics experience? We’ll provide hands‑on training in SMT and through‑hole assembly
Grow fast by cross‑training—your initiative is noticed here
What You’ll Tackle Picture your first hour: you review the traveler, load feeders, verify programs, and run a first‑article inspection. The rest of your shift, you’ll keep production humming:
Run, set up, and switch over SMT and through‑hole equipment for a variety of builds
Program offsets, speeds, and placements to match each board and component
Inspect output at multiple checkpoints to safeguard quality
Top off materials, replace consumables, and complete routine maintenance tasks
Troubleshoot line issues with teammates to protect yield and schedule
The Setting Work in a clean, climate‑controlled space with low to moderate noise. Expect to stand and move for most of the shift, handle small parts, and use hand tools—finishing each day with visible results you helped create.

What It Takes Mechanical aptitude and curiosity to troubleshoot and learn
High attention to detail—our products help protect people
Comfort with basic computer tasks; can follow written instructions in English Team‑first attitude; willing to cross‑train and shift gears as priorities change
Can stand for a 10‑hour shift, lift up to 25 lbs, and work with small components and hand tools
Open to overtime—Fridays frequently and some Saturdays Experience is welcome but not required—we’ll train the right person
